   The Mega Food contains wheatgrass, barley, beetroot and bilberry powder, which are considered superfoods, as they contain rich nutrients such as natural chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.

   Omnimin is a rich concentrate of marine minerals and trace elements, in their natural form, low in sodium and potassium, derived from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. The form of vitamin B12 that has been selected is methylcobalamin.

   This form is directly active during its absorption and is maintained for a longer period of time in the body, in contrast to the common synthetic form of B12 cyanocobalamin.

   It also contains vitamin E in the natural bioavailable form of D-a-tocopherol, which is directly absorbed by the body, as opposed to the common synthetic form of DL-α-tocopherol.

   In this philosophy, the natural active form of folic acid (vitamin B9) is used in contrast to the common synthetic form of folate, which cannot be easily metabolized by the human body.
