   The magnesium ascorbate and calcium ascorbate selected are two forms of vitamin C that are alkaline, in contrast to the common, acidic ascorbic acid. These alkaline forms of vitamin C are absorbed immediately, without causing gastrointestinal upset.

   Ascorbyl Palmitate is a form of vitamin C with high bioavailability. Unlike the water-soluble form of common ascorbic acid, it penetrates cell membranes and is stored in cells for use when required by the body. Therefore it is effective in a much lower dosage.
   
   L-lysine is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced in the body. In low protein or vegetarian diets, the body does not produce L-proline. L-lysine and L-proline are two vital amino acids and the precursors for the formation of collagen.

   Take two capsules daily or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
