  1. Description

    Withania root extract is rich in bioactive compounds and phytochemicals. The patented KSM-66 form is the world's best ashwagandha as it has the highest concentration from the root alone compared to other products with numerous studies. It is produced with "green chemistry" which means that no alcohol or other chemical solvents are used during its production.

    In addition, it maintains the natural balance of active ingredients as in the original plant and for this reason it is a full-spectrum extract.

    The name Ashwagandha means "smell of the horse" in Sanskrit because it is believed to increase strength.

    Supplement Facts - Amount Per 2 capsules 

    • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract (as KSM-66®) - 1000 mg 

    Free from chemical excipients, artificial colourings, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, gluten, gmo's.

  3. How to use

    Take 1-2 capsules daily with a glass of water or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store in a cool and dry place.

    Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended to prevent, cure or treat a human disease.

    Consult your doctor before consuming the product if you are pregnant, breast feeding or under a medication.

Χρειάζονται 10 ημέρες για να αρχίσει να λειτουργεί

Overall I have tried quite a few supplements from this company. What I have noticed with this particular one is that it takes 10 days for it to start working fully. I noticed some positive results such as its anti-anxiety effect, of course I took it in combination with the Be well Multivitamin because it was suggested to me. Maybe that's why it worked better.

Νοιώθω πιο χαλαρή από τότε που το παίρνω

I ordered this by mistake and decided to keep it to see if it helps with my stress, I think it's workingα and I feel more relaxed since taking it.

Δεν ενιωσα καθολου διαφορα.

Το πηρα για να δω εαν οντως θα με βοηθησει στα παρακατω που ισχθριζεται αλλα κυριως την επιδοση σε σωματικες ασκησεις και την μυικη αναπτυξη. Δεν εχω καταλαβει πουθενα διαφορα. Εχει περασει σχεδον 1.5 μηνας απο τον δευτερο κυκλο που μπηκα και παλιο το ιδιο. Μπορει να με εχει βοηθησει ελαχιστα στον υπνο αλλα δεν ειμαι σιγουρος. Δε θα το προτεινα απο δικια μου εμπειρια, ωστοσο μπορει στον καθενα να επιδρασει διαφορετικα.
