  1. When can I expect my refund?

    Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order. Credit card refunds can sometime take up to 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement, depending on the financial institution that issued the card.

  2. Can I return products purchased somewhere other than Natural

    We don't accept returns or exchanges for products other than those purchased directly from our website If you purchased Natural Doctor products from one of our premium parther pharmacies, retail store, or another online store please contact the original company of purchase.

  3. Can I return the products that I bought?

    We only accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition within 14 days from the day of receipt. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. We don’t accept the return of free gifts. Please notice that returns incur shipping costs. 

  4. Can I change my order?

    You are kindly advised to check your order is correct before placing as we are usually unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Our customer service team will do their best to serve you however please be aware this is not always possible. To start that process, send us an email at straight away and we will aim to answer within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
