  1. How can I place an order?

    You can place an order through our e-shop, 24/7. Call our orders department at +302106042802 from 09.00-17.00, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
    Kindly note that Greece belongs to EET, GMT+3 during the summer and GMT+2 during the winter.

  2. How is my order shipped?

     For domestic shipments, we offer shipping with Geniki Tachydromiki or Web Box It in 1 to 4 business days. For EU or shipment to other countries, we use DHL express shipping (3-5 business days).

  3. What are the shipping costs within Greece and EU?

    We have a flat rate shipping cost. For shipping to Greece, we have a flat rate of €3 and €23 to EU countries.

  4. Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free shipping on any order over € 100 within Greece.In Europe for orders above  € 200.

  5. Can I pay with cash on delivery?

    Cash on delivery is currently available only throughout Greece and for orders under 100€, has a flat rate of €2.

     

  6. I am ordering from a non-European country which are the import taxes?

    Regarding customs charges, duties or other taxes please contact the authorities at the country of destination.

  7. What are the shipping costs in non-European countries?

    We have a flat rate shipping cost of € 30 to Switzerland, € 25 to  England, € 30 to North America, South America, Asia, Africa and € 35 for Australia. The shipping costs for your order will be displayed during the checkout process along with any applicable taxes. 

    Note: In non European countries, local taxes and other duties may be applied by the local customs authorities in the country of import.
