We offer free shipping on any order over €100 within Greece. In Italy for orders above €150. Cyprus for orders above €200, and the rest of Europe for orders over €300.

Returns are accepted only within Greece and EU countries (Switzerland and United Kingdom are excluded). You may return within 14 days of delivery if:

• Shipping costs are paid by the sender.
• Products remain in their original packaging.
• The security seal is intact.

Shipping & delivery times

Natural Doctor orders are shipped from Greece via partner courier companies.

The estimated delivery time is:
• Within Attica: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Greece: 2–7 business days
• International: 1–5 business days

The above delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, as well as due to possible delays by the courier company.

International shipments – Duties and taxes

For most international destinations, shipments are made via DHL using the DDP – Delivered Duty Paid service. This means that any applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by Natural Doctor.

Therefore, for countries where this service is available, you will not need to pay any additional duties or taxes upon import or delivery of your order — even if the destination is outside the European Union. You are only responsible for the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

The DDP service is not available to the following destinations:

Algeria, American Samoa, Anguilla, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cape Verde, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Comoros, Cook Islands, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Georgia, Greenland, Guam, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Nepal, Niue, North Macedonia, Palau, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Nauru, Republic of Yemen, North Korea, Russian Federation, Saint Helena, Samoa, San Marino, São Tomé and Príncipe, Serbia, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Somalia – Hargeisa, Somalia – Mogadishu, St. Vincent, Suriname, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tonga, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Tuvalu, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

For the above countries, import duties or taxes may apply. These are determined by the competent customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

In most international destinations, we cover all taxes and duties. All international shipments are made with DHL using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning we prepay all duties and taxes.
