1. Description

   Optimal EPA and DHA balance in this sustainable sourced Omega 3 supplement, sourced responsibly from Peruvian Anchovies. Certified sustainable by Friend of the Sea organisation.

   Omega 3 support brain, vision and heart function and they are essential during pregnancy. There is an important omega 6 to omega 3 ratio that should be adhered to.

   Omega-6 is generally more abundant in a typical western diet so omega-3 should be balanced to correct the ratio.

   • Fish oil 3000 mg of which
   • Omega-3 fatty acids 1050 mg
   • Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)  540 mg
   • Docosahexaeinoic acid (DHA)  360 mg 
   • Vitamin E (as D-a-tocopherol) 15 mg 

   Free from chemical excipients, artificial colourings, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, gluten, gmo's.

3. Benefits

   Omega 3 belong to the category of polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are essential fatty acids as they cannot be made up by the body itself. Omega 3 include EPA or eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA or docosahexaeneic acid.

   They are found in several fish but also in walnuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, seaweed, etc. Adequate intake through diet is often not possible.

   Clear Omega provides a total of 900 mg of EPA and DHA per daily dose, therefore EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. It provides 360 mg of DHA per daily dose, so DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision.

   In addition, it provides vitamin E which helps protect cells from oxidative stress (European Regulation 432/2012).

5. How to use

   Τake one to three softgel capsules daily after the meal or as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
