Melatonin
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone in the human body that helps to fall asleep, and it is often called the sleep hormone. It's responsible for regulating the body's circadian rhythm to control the body's natural sleep cycle. The human body releases melatonin into the brain during the night but when the human body ages, it produces less melatonin.
