  1. Description

    Food supplement with the active form of B12 as methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is superior in absorption and is necessary for the body to recycle homocysteine.

    Most vitamin B12 supplements contain cyanocobalamin but the liver must first transform the cyanide molecule into cyanocobalamin and then attach a methyl group to form methylcobalamin.

    Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin for the healthy functioning of the nervous system and the brain, as well as for the production of red blood cells.

    B12 is also necessary for the normal functioning of all cells in the body and for the smooth functioning of the health of the heart.

    Take 1 capsule daily or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. 

    Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended to prevent, cure or treat a human disease.

    Consult your doctor before consuming the product if you are pregnant, breast feeding or under a medication. Keep out of reach of young children.
