   According to science, when the magnesium stores in the body are not sufficient, then vitamin D3 is not metabolized and remains inactive in the body. The form of magnesium selected is bisglycinate, as it is immediately bioavailable, mild, and does not cause side effects in the gastrointestinal tract. It belongs to the organic forms of magnesium and shows better absorption compared to the inorganic forms of magnesium. 

   Our scientists have selected K2 VITAL® (MK-7), the most active and safe form of vitamin K because it has the ability to reach the bones directly. In new studies, it has been observed that supplementation with vitamin K2 in combination with vitamin D3 improves also bone density. Based on the current bibliography, the combination of vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 provides a beneficial physiological action in the maintenance of normal bones, especially in osteoporosis.

   Vitamin D3 contributes to normal blood calcium levels, increasing the absorption of calcium from the intestine and reducing its excretion from the liver, thus vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of bone mass and to the homeostasis of calcium-phosphorus.
