3. How to use

   Ages 3 to 6  take 1 capsule daily, open the capsule and add the powder to liquid of choice.

   Ages 7 to 13 take 2 capsules daily with a meal.

   Ages 14+ 3 capsules daily with a meal or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
