   Choline is a water-soluble nutrient that helps to build cell membranes and transport nutrients in and out of cells. It also keeps the liver healthy, helping to move fat from the liver to the cells.

   Studies have shown that choline deficiency is associated with liver damage, including the development of fatty liver in men and postmenopausal women. Silymarin is a plant flavonoid and at the same time, a powerful antioxidant derived from the fruits of the thistle.

   Silymarin reduces free radical production and creates a detoxifying effect, especially for the liver while strengthens the immune response during infections.

   Alpha-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant, found naturally in the body’s cells and converts glucose (blood sugar) into energy, while neutralizing free radicals and activating the vitamins present in the body.

   Most antioxidants are water-soluble or fat-soluble. Alpha-lipoic acid is both water-soluble and fat-soluble, allowing it to function in the liver and in any cell or tissue in the body.

   Take one capsule daily after the main meal or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
