    Nicotinamide or vitamin B3 is a water-soluble vitamin, which participates in more than 200 functions of the body, related to the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, in order to produce energy in cells.

    Vitamin B3 is necessary to maintain the health of the nervous system, skin and mucous membranes, while it is an important source of energy for the body.

    Take one capsule daily after a meal or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
