  1. Description

    Sleep disorders and insomnia concern about 30% of people. Insomnia usually affects men and women over 40 years of age. Melatonin is a hormone produced by an endocrine gland.

    Under normal conditions, melatonin is excreted naturally early in the evening. Melatonin production is decreasing with exposure to light and with age.

    Free from chemical excipients, artificial colourings, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, added sugar, gluten, gmo's.

  3. How to use

    Take one capsule daily one to two hours before sleep or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

    Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended to prevent, cure or treat a human disease.

    Consult your doctor before consuming the product if you are pregnant, breast feeding or under a medication. Keep out of reach of young children.

I have been using it for a month, two hours before the time I want to sleep and for the first time in my life I sleep at 11 pm, after ten or more years of insomnia. Congratulations on such a good composition of ingredients!
