  1. Description

    Sleep disorders and insomnia concern about 30% of people. Insomnia usually affects men and women over 40 years of age. Melatonin is a hormone produced by an endocrine gland.

    Under normal conditions, melatonin is excreted naturally early in the evening. Melatonin production is decreasing with exposure to light and with age.

    • GABA 90 mg 
    • Magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate) 5 mg 
    • Magnolia bark extract (Magnolia officinalis) 40 mg 
    • Chamomile flower extract (Matricaria recutita L.)[standardized to contain 0,3% apigenin] 25 mg
    • Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract [standardized to contain 20% 5-HTP] 25 mg 


    Free from chemical excipients, artificial colourings, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, added sugar, gluten, gmo's.

  3. How to use

    Take one capsule daily one to two hours before sleep or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

I have been using it for a month, two hours before the time I want to sleep and for the first time in my life I sleep at 11 pm, after ten or more years of insomnia. Congratulations on such a good composition of ingredients!
