  1. Description

    Sleep disorders and insomnia concern about 30% of people. Insomnia usually affects men and women over 40 years of age. Melatonin is a hormone produced by an endocrine gland. Under normal conditions, melatonin is excreted naturally early in the evening. Melatonin production is decreasing with exposure to light and with age.

    Melatonin coordinates the body's circadian rhythm, the alternation of sleep and wakefulness. This rhythm is the body's biological clock, on which the normal functioning of the body depends. Melatonin helps reduce the time one needs to sleep. These beneficial effects are ensured by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed (European Regulation 432/2012).

    GABA or gamma-amino-butyric acid is an amino acid and an important neurotransmitter for the body. Magnesium helps in the normal functioning of the nervous system and in the normal psychological function.

    Theanine is a nootropic amino acid derived from black and green tea. Both GABA and magnesium with theanine may have a synergistic role in the part of melatonin in relation to sleep.

  5. How to use

    Take one capsule daily one to two hours before sleep or according to the directions of your doctor. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
