We offer free shipping on any order over €100 within Greece. In Italy for orders above €150. Cyprus for orders above €200, and the rest of Europe for orders over €300.

Returns are accepted only within Greece and EU countries (Switzerland and United Kingdom are excluded). You may return within 14 days of delivery if:

• Shipping costs are paid by the sender.
• Products remain in their original packaging.
• The security seal is intact.

Note: Greece belongs in the EET time zone: GMT+3 in summer and GMT+2 in winter.

For all international orders outside the EU, excluding India, all duties & taxes are now fully covered by us so you don’t have to pay anything more when you receive the products. All orders are shipped and delivered with DHL with DDP service, which means Delivered Duty Paid.
