We offer free shipping on any order over €100 within Greece. In Europe for orders above €200.

• Greece: Courier delivery in 1–5 business days
• EU & Worldwide: DHL delivery in 3–5 business days

Regarding customs charges, duties or other taxes please contact the authorities at the country of destination.

Returns are accepted only within Greece and EU countries (Switzerland and United Kingdom are excluded). You may return within 14 days of delivery if:

• Shipping costs are paid by the sender.
• Products remain in their original packaging.
• The security seal is intact.

For all international orders outside the EU, all duties & taxes are now fully covered by us so you don’t have to pay anything more when you receive the products. All orders are shipped and delivered with DHL with DDP service, which means Delivered Duty Paid.

• UK: €25
• Switzerland: €30
• USA: €30
• Asia: €30
• Africa: €30
• Australia: €35

We have a flat rate shipping cost of € 30 to Switzerland, € 25 to  England, € 30 to North America, South America, Asia, Africa and € 35 for Australia. The shipping costs for your order will be displayed during the checkout process along with any applicable taxes. 

Note: In non European countries, local taxes and other duties may be applied by the local customs authorities in the country of import.
