  1. How is my order shipped?

    • Greece: Courier delivery in 1–5 business days
    • EU & Worldwide: DHL delivery in 3–5 business days

  2. Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free shipping on any order over €100 within Greece. In Italy for orders above €150. Cyprus for orders above €200, and the rest of Europe for orders over €300.

  3. Can I return the products that I bought?

    Returns are accepted only within Greece and EU countries (Switzerland and United Kingdom are excluded). You may return within 14 days of delivery if:

    • Shipping costs are paid by the sender.
    • Products remain in their original packaging.
    • The security seal is intact.

  5. What are the shipping costs?

    For most international orders outside the EU, all duties & taxes are now fully covered by us so you don’t have to pay anything more when you receive the products. All orders are shipped and delivered with DHL with DDP service, which means Delivered Duty Paid.

    Countries in which we do not offer this service and you will probably need to pay import taxes are as follows Algeria, American Samoa, Anguilla, Armenia , Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cape Verde, Commonwealth No. Mariana Islands, Comoros, Cook Islands, Cote D Ivoire, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Federated States Of Micronesia, Georgia, Greenland, Guam, Guinea Republic, Guinea-Bissau, India, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kiribati,Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Nepal, Niue, North Macedonia, Palau, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Nauru, Republic Of Yemen, The D.P.R of (North K.)
