We offer free shipping on any order over €100 within Greece. In Italy for orders above €150. Cyprus for orders above €200, and the rest of Europe for orders over €300.

In most international destinations, we cover all taxes and duties. All international shipments are made with DHL using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning we prepay all duties and taxes.

This means that for most international destinations, you will no longer need to pay additional duties upon entry into your country, even if it is outside the European Union—you only pay the shipping cost.

The countries where we do not offer the above service are:

Returns are accepted only within Greece and EU countries (Switzerland and United Kingdom are excluded). You may return within 14 days of delivery if:

• Shipping costs are paid by the sender.
• Products remain in their original packaging.
• The security seal is intact.
