Delivery & Returns
  1. Can I return the products I purchased?

    Opened packages of dietary supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons. 
    We accept returns within 14 days from delivery only within Greece and European Countries (Switzerland and England are excluded), provided that:

    • Products are in excellent condition, sealed, and suitable for resale.
    • Free products cannot be returned.
    • Shipping costs paid by the sender.

  2. When will my refund be completed?

    Refunds are processed after we receive and check the returned products in our warehouse.

     Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
     Refunds to debit/credit cards may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your bank statement.

  3. Can I return products purchased elsewhere and not from the Natural Doctor website?

    No. Returns or replacements are only possible for purchases made directly from www.naturaldoctor.gr

    • If you bought NATURAL DOCTOR products from a pharmacy partner, another website, or retail store, please contact the place of purchase directly.

  4. Can I change my order?

    Please make sure your order is correct before submitting it, as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

    • If you need to request a change, email us at orders@naturaldoctor.gr as soon as possible.
    • Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and will do their best to assist you, though changes are not always possible.
